@mdione APU4s don’t really do UEFI in my experience, you want an MBR based boot image. Last I needed to get one to boot from USB this guide helped: https://teklager.se/en/knowledge-base/installing-ubuntu-over-serial-console-apu-board/
If the serial console is enabled you should be able to trigger a boot menu with (from memory) F12 to set boot order.

Other than Forza Horizon I have no idea where to start. @gsuberland I can recommend climbing. Always failed with traditional gyms which I’d get bored off fast, but climbing comes with a levelling mechanic and frequent DLC as they re-route the walls.
