semver: when a complete rewrite of your entire codebase only needs to cause a version change from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1
@benc I’m not sure what to think about that. I think it’s probably correct if somehow the API remained entirely stable, I’d definitely be shipping some release candidates first though!
