Interesting that no one chose after! I've ruined quite a few movies/shows by reading beforehand, most recently:
- Silo (Season 3)
- Project Hail Mary
So do I actually want to read They Osyssey before seeing the movie?
@rachel I tend to consider myself more as having had books ruined by watching movies/shows rather than the other way round in any case where the book came first. The Odyssey I felt had exceeded the statute of limitations for spoilers by approximately 28 centuries though.
@jon I have never had a book ruined! They've always been better! It's not just spoilers, i.e. that didnt matter to me at all in Project Hail mary, I just thought it did a really bad job at bringing the book to life.
