Today is the day before the advance team land on site for build.
Today is also the day when I processed the sheer amount going on, and the enormity of what we are about to do. Again.
Somehow it's so much bigger than before.

And even if you don't got this, a committee of 3000 will arrive in 2 weeks time to spend 3 days to debate why you didn't get it.
@Workshopshed @jonty thats somehow not as reassuring as you might think (pretty sure everyone in orga by this point has had at least one nightmare in which gates open and we forgot content/tents/food/power/something else critical)
