next job: design and 3D print a mount for it on my workbench. I laser cut my last one out of plywood, for my old Tenma, but that's basically just a box. the Fluke has these nice TPU grabby mounts so you can just push it into place on a pair of parallel rails. which I imagine is going to be very satisfying.

EDIT: lmao these are probe holders! of course! idk how I missed that. but there's a little slot in the top for mounting so I can use that.

job after that: build a lightweight frame with magnets that can clip to the back of the head, so I can magnet it to things.

might also add a fold-out hook.

so yeah it already has a magnet. they thought of everything!

I will, however, probably make a hook mount for it.

for the workbench mount I'm gonna do something with the toolpak hanging slot, with a hook on the side to loop the cables over and keep them out of the way. probes can slot into the holders on the back.

if the holders on the back end up being too grippy to remove them while it's still mounted then I'll make a v2 of the mount with separate holders.

@gsuberland I am once again in awe of how fast and far you've taken to 3d printing, now that it's more commoditized and less fiddly.
