Have told my toddler that I'm making pizza for him. It's actually toast with some shredded mozzarella and tomato ketchup but he likes it and he's a very picky eater otherwise. Dreading the day he finds out that's not real pizza.
@fesshole Chuck E Cheese has about that grade of pizza; maybe that's a transition path?

@fesshole It could go either way: our youngest insisted on homemade "pizza" over takeout for quite a while.
