As an estate agent I get fucked off with people thinking their offer is going to be better thought of just because they've sent a nice email. NO ONE CARES. All we want to know is what's your offer and what's your position.
@fesshole As someone who has to deal with estate/letting agents on a fairly regular basis, I get fucked off with how utterly incompetent, on every level, you all seem to be. Are you trained in *any* capacity?

@fesshole - I bought my home from a descent real estate agent. However just like auto dealers you run into a small few that Fuck it up for the good guys. These small few are called Joe Dirt. Dont go that route.
