I've also raised a bug with Firefox. Android has a specific permission which will allow the browser to access the *full* location metadata of a photo.

@Edent It feels like some context got lost in this thread. At first you talk about your frustration that geodata gets stripped, then you open a bug about geodata being shared? What am I missing?
