For Book Lovers Day, I’m adding this writing introduction to pin with my general one. Only interesting if you enjoy light fantasy fiction.
I write indie fantasy fiction with romantic subplots and happy endings. Mostly enjoyable fluff, occasional serious vibes, never epic or grim. To date, my books are:
Fair Haven: in Stronghold Fair Haven, Hazel’s job is to protect the Mancer, a highly-prized magical engineer. When a runaway Mancer requests sanctuary, bringing the threat of invasion in zheir wake, Hazel’s comfortable life is disrupted in more ways than one (m/nb and m/m romances)
The Uses of Illicit Art: Artisans have narrow magical powers in this pseudo-Victorian world, and Kit’s underwhelming Art is unlocking any door. Criminal gangs find it useful, though, so he’s hiding out to avoid them. Then bounty hunter Alexander Locke comes for him. Don’t worry. Kit’s very good at locks 😉 (m/m romance)
Domain Trilogy: Rana’s adventures in a land governed by Grimm begin when the fairytale prince fails to show up to rescue the princess and Rana decides to just do it herself. She hasn’t reckoned with the charms of one wicked wizard. But sometimes fairy tales are just plain horrible and you have to work very hard for your happy ending (f/m romance)
Mosaic Virus Duology: a virus transforms women into creatures known as Mosaics, mindless, eerily beautiful…and collectible. Simon collects Mosaics for his king, but his latest catch is not so easily collected. She hasn’t yet lost her mind, and she has plans for Simon (f/m and m/m romances)
