Hey #believeinfilm friends,

A few of you may know that I've been working on a film inversion app. Today, I'm ready to share how it works, why I built it, and the timeline for it going live:

Dandry Mire Viaduct

This is the Dandry Mire Viaduct on the Settle and Carlisle line in Cumbria, England. Finally completed in 1875 it's a marvel of Victorian engineering.

#BelieveInFilm Mastodon, I'm a hobbyist digital photographer who is convinced film is better, but doesn't know where to start.

But I have no idea, what does a workflow look like? Where do you buy a camera? Do you usually have interchangable lenses, like DSLRs/mirrorless digital systems? Do I need a dedicated dark room? What did your starter set up look like?

I don't scan a lot of film which can make my photography musings varied. I prefer to work in the darkroom, I shoot whatever format I feel lets me make the type of image I want to hang on my wall, and I love hints of motion in scenes. #BelieveInFilm #BlackAndWhite #Darkroom

When this hectic and often cruel world of ours gets too much you need to take yourself away. This is St Oran's Chapel on the Isle of Iona, Scotland. I took this shot here in the cemetery looking north on a breezy summer's day. Here, on the island, you feel adrift but protected from all that 21st century life assails you with. True spiritual solace.

Did you know that Instax Mini and Polaroid Go instant films are quite similarly sized? Do you know how does Instax Wide and standard Polaroid square formats compare?
How about the difference between Polaroid i-Type and Type 600 films?
