Who was the first video game boss? (And why do we call them that?)
Pretty interesting investigation on the use of the term "Boss" for video game enemies.
My first video game bosses were the ones in Double Dragon and "Bad Dudes vs. DragonNinja" (1988). The one I remember the most was this ninja who could summon several clones of himself and you had to defeat all the clones whenever they appeared.
