I just came across a recent paper (2025) written by the Grok AI as first author, claiming that "the anthropogenic CO2-Global Warming hypothesis lacks empirical substantiation"
I think I'd better not link to it.
In general, makes me wonder what "peer review" means if an AI is the "first author".
I'd argue the actual responsible author is the one providing the prompts. Listing the machine as first author is just frivolous.
