Tangent Notes

Tangent is an open source note writing app that focuses on exploring your new and existing thoughts quickly, easily, and without getting lost.

Tangent uses plain text markdown(ish) files in local folders on your computer. It works perfectly alongside other apps and does not try to lock up your thoughts.
