I like the idea of types in Ruby. Raku is supports that already, but in Ruby, you must specify the types in a separate .rbs file, which is, in my opinion, cumbersome and is a reason not to use it extensively for now. I believe there are efforts to embed the type information in the standard .rb files, and that the .rbs is just an experiment to see how types could work out without introducing changes into the core Ruby language itself right now? #Ruby #RakuLang https://github.com/ruby/rbs
