There's a legal concept called Libel-proof where your reputation is so bad no one can hurt it anymore further, so you can't sue for libel.
At this point, there should be a legal concept called Fraud-proof where you are so gullible that you can't be the victim of fraud, because you would have given away what was 'stolen' if the con artist just told you the truth.
Anyone who owns cryptocurrencies should be declared Fraud-proof.
