I'm a fan of Ranma 1/2, read the original manga series, but I wished that for the new Netflix anime adaptation, they moved away from the idea of an arranged teenage wedding.

@mariatta Thanks for the PSA about the new adaptation! Out of curiosity, have you read Daigakusei No Ranma (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Fanfic/DaigakuseiNoRanma)? At the time, I found it pretty well done.
