A sticker on the side of a traffic light. The traffic light is glossy pitch black, and has a tablespoon or two of snow in a nook/cranny. On the side of the metal is a sticker maybe 3-6 inches tall. It's of a personified corndog, with eyes and a mouth. The eyes look stoned or dazed or passed out, and the tongue is hanging out, slack. Gives the image of just having had a practice swing from a heavyweight champ. Bell is definitely almost rung. It's stylized and cartoonish, not photo-realistic.
