Caveat for Signal as well: Both parties must actually use signal, or the messages are not secure.
Ie if you send via signal to a normal phone number, it delivers but as an insecure text.
So don't just assume you having signal is enough - *they* have to have it as well.
@sunguramy Wait, can you even send sth to a non-Signal user? If I try to create a new chat to my work phone (which doesn't have #Signal and whose number has never to my knowledge been registered for Signal) I get this: "[NUMBER] is not a Signal user".
