Looking down into a heavily treed, mist filled valley, lit by the rising sun.
Several black, silhouetted, tree-lined ridges rise up out of the mist, or partially emerge, the trees casting elongated shadows onto the mist below. The crowns of trees lower down can be vaguely seen in the white mist, adding texture to the scene. Despite being a colour image, the entire scene is just a natural sepia monochrome, with white mist and black tree silhouettes
