Should browsers remember 2FA codes?

I'm always trying to make my writing clearer. What could I have done in my blog post to make it more obvious that I was discussing autocomplete="one-time-code"?

@Edent Good article, autocomplete is not an option in this case IMHO, one-time-code surely not reusable. If one-time-code sent and it was successful, it is outdated as well, so no need to store at all IMHO.
