My name is kel, and I am a fell runner.
This feels like a confession of sorts, and I suppose it is in a way.
Fell running is a hard sport, not for everyone, but for those who find joy in braving the elements and getting out on the hills... maybe there will be something here for you.
I've been meaning to start this project for some time, but something always gets in the way, you know what I mean right? Anyway, I am going to try again.
Please forgive me if it comes in stops and starts, this isn't a full on commercial endeavour, but a labour of love. I just want to share what I know and to try and help others.
I will talk about running, gear, nutrition, mental health, physiotherapy and some anatomy.
