The windsock says "no, it is not windy".

The windsock also says "but sometimes, it is very VERY windy".

The windsock is bedraggled and wise.

It is hanging down, as the day is calm, but most of the windsock has been torn away, so it is just a tattered ring of cloth hanging from a hoop. It is located on the Skye Bridge, which is quite tall and very exposed. I assume this explains the state of the windsock.
