Super simple dungeon map created very quickly for my role playing game. It’s a haunted mine and I wanted a labyrinthine layout, but also a sense of order, so I stole the layout from a real US coal mine map in the public domain.

The original coal mine I borrowed some layout from for my dungeon map. It’s vast, many km across, but it’s fascinating to learn about the real layout of a mine and it’s got an interesting visual quality….
@chloethecartographer When you imagine all of that thick with black coal and the dust and the danger of collapse, it gives me the shivers.
It looks surprisingly like your typical procedural generated roguelike map...
