I see a distinct tendency to coalesce around proprietary toolsets. Tactically this may make a lot of sense - get all your CICD, SAST etc in one place, all integrated OOTB. Strategically though, I fear it’s likely to be a misstep in much the same vein as 90s/early 00s proprietary tech, which will require a lot of effort to reverse.
