I’m Andy Polaine, mostly a design leadership coach, also coaching and training for #servicedesign and innovation. Background in new media, IxD, UX and wrote a book on Service Design, host a podcast called Power of Ten and write a newsletter called Doctor’s Note. Also a #bonsai, #pkm and #dnd nerd. British born, spent a long time in Oz, live in Germany.
