The more and more I watch about modern car thefts. I purposely chose my car that specifically doesn’t have keyless entry.
I’m very glad I did this a few years back.
The next revision of my car, with it, is significantly more insurance wise. (A year later model)… I wonder why….
and it just seems like a shit option.
I coded my car to beep (it doesn’t from factory) and flash its hazards when it locks AND the boot/doors/windows are shut.
Walk away *click*…. *beep beep* ahhh
Keyless entry. Walk away….. *ANXIETY*
@an0key yeah, I got a new (to me) car recently, and the central locking is so quiet I was never quite sure it had locked or not when I pressed the button on the key fob. So, with apologies to my neighbours, it now beeps every time I lock and unlock it.
