Intro post!

Moving from mastodon.social to more specific climes, I'm Megan.

I finished my Ph.D. in History a few years ago, specializing in masculinity, gender, religion, and social movements in 19th century Ontario. I'm out of the academic world at the moment, but I miss teaching and having the time to research.

I've been #pagan and reading #tarot cards for about the same amount of time, coming up on 30 years. My collection of tarot decks keeps growing, and I'm trying to lean deeper into a Wheel of the Year pagan practice.

For fun, I roleplay, read, and spend time with my husband, friends, and kitties. Community and social activism are central to my worldview and what I want to help create in the world.
